The concept of environmental responsibility is expressed not only through our achievements but also through the proper management of the production unit, throughout its processes.
By carefully selecting the material to be used, we can determine how much is needed and therefore reduce the amount of waste. When the wood is examined, it is cleaned, inspected, and cut according to the most suitable criteria. At this stage, the amount of waste varies depending on the type of material and the quality standards to be met. Nevertheless, wood waste can be converted into energy through thermochemical processes that are specifically suitable for woody biomass, such as the industrial waste from wood processing.
The fuel is stored in silos, from where it is then collected and transferred to a boiler feeding hopper. Thanks to recycling this raw material, the company now benefits from self-produced energy.
The advantage of biomass plants consists in activating circular economy processes in which waste is a resource. This makes it possible to avoid the traditional landfilling of that part of the waste that can be recycled.

Our commitment continues even during the product-finishing phase: The waxes and oils used to treat the wood surfaces are 100% natural and are made from products such as linseed oil, hemp oil, propolis, sunflower oil, carnauba wax, and beeswax.
The glues used are formaldehyde and pentachlorophenol-free, so they do not contain any volatile organic compounds that could endanger people's health.
