Right in Jesolo, the most social lido in Venice, the Star Palace residence saw the light in 2020 thanks to the ambitious project of Studio Bergamo Architetti.
Thanks to the collaboration with freelancers and interior designers
and selected engineering studios, Bergamo Architetti faces the entire staircase
of the project with an integral approach
that keeps the promise of high production competence.
The property consists of a ground floor, distributed between commercial destination, with five shops overlooking Via Bafile, and residential units with private garden and six floors with a total of forty apartments.
This volume is developed according to a contemporary architectural style thought in the utmost respect of the landscape character of the site, with an eye to eco-sustainability: defined by pure geometric shapes, by the attention to detail, by the measured combination of precious materials, natural and recyclable and by the choice of renewable sources.
Star Palace communicates exclusivity and refinement, but also design attention, environmental responsibility, technical competence and technological precision.
Star Palace is an innovative intervention that expresses the attention to the quality of life of those who will live in these spaces, telling a particular sensitivity not only to people but also to the environment and to the rhythms of nature.
MFDesign, which has always shared these concepts and that makes them live in its products, has been chosen to provide solid oak boards treated with natural oil but very resistant, which the steps of the stairs and all the ceilings of the common parts were made with: a truly prestigious reference.
